Implementation strategy

Our implementation strategy is based on identifying hard points. Indeed, SAP S/4 Hana benefits from a particularly rich capital of business processes, in a very large number of professions and industries.

In addition to parameterizing and adapting critical points, our aim is to help our customers differentiate between the uses and user experiences that could benefit from adaptation, and the operational and competitive challenges that require ERP customization.

Project management

To encourage adoption of the standard, our project approach is based on a standard catalog of processes drawn up by BHI, based on the SAP S/4 Hana standard and business Best Practices. These processes, organized by functional area, are presented to the customer referents during workshops, and compared with the usual practices of operational staff.

Our common objective will then be to identify the highest common denominator of processes, and finally to converge the Customer processes with the Best Practices.

Upgrade

BHI supports its customers in upgrading their Technology Fundation and/or functional modules.

Upgrading the ERP on a relatively regular basis has several objectives:
